I made my first apple pie with homemade pie crust. I did not document the whole process, but will be making more, and will do so then. Here are some shots of the finished product.

I used a clear pie pan so i could see how done the bottom crust was.

Summary: The crust was amazing, and the filling needs work. Look for a future detailed report on making these pies.
